Delivery

All our products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 5 business days for processing before shipping. Delivery times will vary by region. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships via Australia Post.

All items are shipped from our location in Brisbane, Australia.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note:
If you have requested custom orders or breed-specific pieces, lead time will be 4–6 weeks due to the nature of production. We will keep you updated regarding your order status.

Returns & Replacements

Because each piece is handmade individually, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered (colour, size, shape), we are happy to offer a replacement at no cost — provided the unused item is returned, even if damaged.

You will be required to provide photographs of:

  • the packaging (external)

  • the product (all sides)

We reserve the right to assess whether the damage was caused by our shipping partner. If so, we will work with you to advise a solution.

By purchasing from our online store, you acknowledge that minor variations may occur due to each urn being handmade.
