1. Are your urns and keepsakes customizable?

At the moment, we are not taking custom orders — however, we will in the future.
If you have questions about stock availability or would like us to add new breeds, please contact us.
Custom orders (when available) will take 8 weeks to produce and ship.

2. What are your urns made of?

Our urns are handcrafted from high-quality ceramic — designed to be both beautiful and durable.
Each piece is shaped and painted by skilled artisans with attention to detail and care.

3. Will my pet fit inside these urns?

Our urns are made with pet breed and sizing in mind. Our signature cat collection are all one size and suitable to hold the cremains of up to 12kg.

Our signature dog collection will vary on size based on breed and all breeds will be sized appropriately to ensure your loved one will be in a respective size urn. 

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping time depends on your location and is calculated at checkout.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

Processing time is up to 7 days after the order is placed.
Products in low stock may have longer wait times — we will contact you if this applies.

Ceramics is a time-intensive process, and we continually restock to avoid delays where possible.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or significantly incorrect, we will gladly replace it.
