We will be in touch with the status of your order. \n\nReturns & Replacements\nBecause each piece is made by hand individually we do not accept returns for change of mind.\nHowever, if your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what you ordered; (Colour, Size, Shape) we're happy to offer a replacement at no cost providing the unused one is returned even if damaged. We reserve the right to not accept broken item returns due to poor handling on the customers part. You will be required to provide photographs of the packaging external and the product. We reserve the right to assess and determine if damage was created by our shipping partner.
